Pros: super good size- becoming my most used pot. Came in perfect -no flaws like some knock offs Easy to clean if I let it soak until I can clean it. I also do use oil on the insides to help out before loading, Attractive color for using at the table Can be used on oven or on top of stove. Ontop check, liquid level so as to not dry out. I do slo-cooking on stove top in this pot as I have a very low burner.Cons- Enameled cast iron has to be stored carefully so the top lid doesn’t clang and chip the pot on the top edge. A minor pain I don’t store other pots or pans nested in this pot. Another way to chip the inside. Also a minor pain. Don’t douse the very hot pot with cold water to cool it quickly. The enamel might craze/crack- all cast iron pots carry this warning.- know what you are buying.
