It’s a great barbecue sauce, a marinade for lamb or chicken, and a secret ingredient in a lot of my interesting dishes. Just right thickness allows it to stay where you put it.Just opened my package and one bottle is missing the protective seal and a portion of the sauce missing out of the bottle.An excellent sauce for any stir-fry and/or Chinese meals. Great for chicken, turkey, and stir-fry steak slices! Excellent marinade also.Great tasting. We put this on green beans that we pick in our garden and then grill on our stainless steel stove top. Great flavor.Delicious sauce. So far used it on roasted fish and it was perfect.The two bottles were protected by the huge bubble wrap. About four balloons. They were popped and one of the bottles was broken. They need to wrap each bottle in the small bubble wrap. Enough so they fit snuggly in the box.I salvaged one bottle. I love this stuff on pork! I can't find it in the grocery store anymore. Also like the orange ginger on scallops.
