I bought the 10" cast iron pan with blue enamel on the outside. I am so pleased with it, the look and feel of it is perfect for me as it's not too heavy, it even comes with a pan handle potholder you can slide on while cooking. It's very well seasoned, the first thing I tried was pork chops using very little oil which came out with beautiful color. I've tried eggs in it also and so far nothing sticks, it's so easy to clean. I haven't found any flaws and would recommend this to anyone looking for a medium size pan.
