This hot hair tool cover is great. It's cute, affordable, and it actually works! I have a Chi hot flat iron that I use daily, and it fits perfectly inside this cover, with even a little room to spare. The pocket on the back is big enough to tuck the cord into it. When the hot iron is inside, the exterior doesn't feel that hot, and the interior doesn't get burned. So glad I got this before a big overseas trip I am taking soon.My Chi flat iron is 10 inches long (not including the black nib connecting the cord.) Also, the black nib connecting the cord doesn't stick straight out of the iron - it is at a perpendicular angle to the iron. My iron fits perfectly inside the case. I could see an iron at 11 or maybe 12 inches fitting, though it might stick out of the pocket a little more, but the flap would just cover it. As long as the flap can shut and close on the velcro, it should hold. The flap seems to have a little bit of extra wiggle room. The width of the case feels like it could accommodate a wide curling iron barrel, but I don't know for sure because I don't have one.The cord does bundle up in the back pouch, though I know some of it juts out. But that's fine because I have no need to hide the cord, I just need to keep it secured to the case for the time it is in my bag while traveling. And I'll just unravel it the next day to plug it in, anyway!I definitely recommend you first measure the length of your iron to make sure it's not too long. Please refer to the picture I uploaded to get an idea. After reading other comments here, I measured my iron at 10 inches and from the product description estimated it would fit - and it did!
