Proper weighted dumbbells, excellent condition!I've had these for several months now - they are great weights so far. The grip is really comfortable. The biggest thing to know is that these will have an extremely strong chemical smell when you first get them, but it will go away. I opened these in my home gym room and left them there - within an hour I could smell them throughout the house. I moved them into the garage for ~2-3 days and then brought them back into the house and the smell was gone.Great weights, but I would recommend opening them in a garage or ventilated space and planning to leave them there for a few days before bringing them into the house.Just as described. I like the handles having texture. I have dropped on the floor a few times and still holding up. Stong smell when you first open but quickly goes away after a few days.Does the jobI use this weight every and it’s helped my training routine, 100%I was a bit concerned that these would smell -- based on other reviews. They did a bit when the package was opened, but the smell dissipated in an hour or so. Other than that they are comfortable to hold and work with
