This is the only long sleeve, all-cotton clerical I can find. And it is wonderful! Well-sown. Comfortable to wear. I was a bit confused by the size chart. I usually wear M. I got an L. The sleeves are a tad long and the neck a tad big, but it will probably shrink to optimal size once I wash and dry it. Do yourself a favor and buy this shirt!
