Well packaged, prompt shipment, good price. Mop heads are quite durable and wash up beautifully. I do not recommend putting them a dryer, just let them air dry, they'll last longer. They fit snuggly on the steam headso as to stay in place, very nice design. A little bit of effort goes into putting them on but welll worth it.
