I use this and running water to clean dog poop off of the bottom of my shoes (which I semi-regularly step in because of my job). My shoes have thin indention lines along the bottom. Using a stick or a scraping tool just didn't work and took a lot of time. This brush though, does a great job. Plus, the poop doesn't cling to the brush! All I have to do is rinse the brush off and it's clear (I do still use soap on it too, but that's for the sake of microscopic germs).
