The outer edge of the fire pit is an aluminum plate that has no support. If you sit around it and put your feet up on the edge, it flexes. There should be structural brackets supporting the edge, but there are none.The decorative paint is different than the photos. I don't really mind the look, but some may take exception to getting a product that appears different than pictured.At this price point, I would expect everything to be top notch. It is not.
