this is the best 6 inch figure I own hands down. This iron man mark 7 figure which features the armor of the first avengers movie measures out at 6.5 inches tall.The paint is unbelievable. Very beautiful shiny metallic finish. The sculpting is very very nice. They included very fine details when they sculpted it. When you see the abdomen in person you will be amazed to see that there are three separate articulated armor plates for 3 different portions of his abdomen.Given that this figure has beautiful articulation....the figure does come with its minor downsides. You have to know going in with this figure that this is meant for posing not playing. If you are handling the figure with a lot of pressure there are little pieces that can come off easily at the knees which cover the knee joints. These can be snapped back into place. You have to be careful.The figure comes with cool effects for both the feet and hands when you have iron man in flying poses. This figure is a must have if you love iron man and if you collect marvel legends.Pleasantly suprised! I purchased the SH Figuarts Iron Man Mark 43, and was highly dissapointed. Being my first frim them i didnt know if it was a knockoff or just defective but it defenitely was bad. This one from Figma hands down, miles better. The packaging, the paint job, the mold, articulation, is all very good. Again only being my second figure, there's not much to base off of, however, this is very satisfying! My only gripes are that the kneepads come off very easily and I personally wish the head/kneck tilted upward more. Nevertheless, highly recommend!!! Hope the picks helpThis is the one Iron man I have wanted since Iron man 2 . It fits with the current Marvel Legends line . The box it comes in is very easy to put the figure back in . NO ZIP TIES !!!! :) there is also a plastic bag for all the spare parts that come with it . I have only had it out of the box for about and hour and already it is in the Avengers line up . This is the one Iron man Figure you would want for your Collection . I did the math on the cost of the figure for all the different Iron man figures I have bought over the years just in boxes I could of bought 3 of this guy which I am now considering . The joints are work able but not loose . Full easy Movement . You can do any pose from the films .Great paint job on this one. However some parts are just too loose.These are : The Torso ( can't put in fly position as it drops down too much.,Also too much play from side to side. The legs: The joints from legs to hip are ok but not stiff enough. If put in a slight crouch or running pose, it starts to sink down slowly. Might have to put some tape or something (can anyone recommend?) on ball joint to stiffen legs.When trying to change hands one of the ball joint connectors broke in half leaving a piece inside the right arm part...will have to figure out a way now to get a very small drill bit and tap out the broken piece...Great quality, extremely pose-able. Good metallic look, a lot of other Iron Man's are to matte. Not for children, it is meant to be posed and kept in one place. There are small parts and if you are rough, parts will come off, as they are meant to. Why are you buying your kid a $70+ figure that they will destroy anyway? I got this after I got Captain America and subsequently I got Thor.You have to be careful with it as the knees and shoulder guards are a bit fragile but its a beautiful piece. For display only.Amazing figure in person that looks great with Marvel Legends. Looks almost like a mini Hot Toy. The only odd thing is some of the hands have a peg to install while other hands have an opening for a peg to be inserted. Makes it a pain to swap out.
