01-2022: I've used it many times over the past year & want to increase the rating from 3 to 5 stars. Though the handle does flop over, I did figure out that one of the ways it flops has a built in 'stop' to prevent it from laying down flat. I have appreciated the fact that the handle does flop flat the other way as it doesn't take up as much storage space. I really like that it's cast iron & is easy to clean.12-2020: It does press the bacon, but the handle flops to the side way too far, gets hot & a little greasy. If I find another that is the same size with a stand up handle, I'll order it, but till then, this one will have to do.
