I liked the sunflower trivet with its bright, cheery yellow right away but I was dismayed to find it missing one of its little rubber feet. Reading a previous review stating the same problem, I followed that solution and called the company. They were happy to send the missing rubber foot. Six arrived within a week and now the trivet is as it should be, though we did add a touch of glue to all 3 rubber feet as they seem prone to come off. So, a good company to deal with. It's early to state its durability, but for now it definitely deserves a good review.
